Smarter Complaints for enforcement organisations
Smarter Complaints is designed to make it easier to gather information about the behaviour of companies and to make taking appropriate enforcement action easier when the behaviour observed falls short of what is legally expected.
To provide our service to consumers we will collect all inbound and outbound emails, we will also ask users to upload scans of letters they receive and give our customers the ability to record telephone calls that they make to the companies they are complaining to.
With the permission of our users this data will be available to enforcement organisations like local authority Trading Standards teams to make it easier to assess and supervise the behaviour of companies.
